Delete your Vartora™ account and data

Vartora™ is operated by Rime Global Technologies Private Limited. Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Vartora™ account and associated product data.

Deletion request

To request deletion, send an email to Vartora™ Support with the account email used in the app. You may also include your business name to help us verify the correct workspace.

This prepares an email to support@vartora.com. If your device does not have an email app set up, copy the address and send the request manually.

What will be deleted

After verification, your Vartora™ account and associated data will be permanently deleted, including business workspace data, leads, customer details entered by you, follow-up records, notes, templates, and activity history linked to your account or workspace.

Limited data we may retain

Limited information may be retained where required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, abuse investigation, backup integrity, or compliance records. Retained information is kept only as needed for those purposes.

Expected processing time

We aim to review deletion requests within 2 business days and complete verified deletion requests within 15 business days. Processing may take longer if identity verification, security review, legal requirements, or backup processes require additional time.

Permanent deletion warning

Account deletion is permanent after completion. Deleted account, business, lead, template, note, and activity data may not be recoverable. Export or save any records you need before requesting deletion.
